All work will be done to factory standards and only genuine parts will be used. The customer will be responsible for shipping to John Lydon Luxury Watches, in a secure package via insured carrier. All warranty repairs will be returned to the customer at our expense. This warranty does not apply if there are any signs of external damage, water damage, or general abuse caused by the customer, and covers only the original buyer. A LNIB contemporary watch will be covered for a period of 120 days from date of purchase. Because of the age, the very early Chronographs and vintage watches are on a 5-day return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied, the watch may be returned with no questions asked. The buyer will be responsible for all shipping and insurance fees as defined below under "Returns". The watch must be returned in the very same condition as it was when originally shipped.

Once you order an item and your payment has been received, we ship the time piece to you 100% insured, via FedEx, UPS or USPS depending on your preference indicated on the online order form. For international purchases, we will accept bank-to-bank wire transfers only and the funds must be in U.S. Dollars. Payment on wire transfers is usually received within 24 hours and product will be promptly shipped when the transfer is verified. Once an order is confirmed, we will provide instructions for the transfer.

Special Orders:
We are happy to special order watches subject to the following conditions. We require an exact reference number and description of the desired piece and an agreed upon amount of a non-refundable deposit. Returns on special orders are for credit on another watch ONLY.

Returns:
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If there is a problem with the watch, we are happy to offer a refund on the return of any watch purchase within 5 days of the date you receive your watch.

The product must be in original and unworn condition with all original packaging materials, unused warranty cards, and instruction booklets.

Returns must be sent prepaid and insured for the full price by a trackable carrier such as UPS or Federal Express. Please contact me for an RMA (return material authorization) number and I will give you the address to ship it to.

Condition Grading:

Watches graded on a 1 - 10 scale. In general no watches under grade 7 will be offered.
Examples:

Grade 10 New with box and papers. Never worn.

Grade 9 As new, with minor wear.

Grade 8 Worn, but in excellent original condition.

Grade 7 Worn but well cared for. Polished to remove scratches. Bracelet or strap with slight wear.
