Case is lightly polished and has very minor scratches but no dings or dents. It a two-body, solid, polished, screwed down case back, fluted lugs. It also has the original double PP crown.
Dial is a new dial from Patek and is in mint condition, matte silver with applied yellow gold bâton indexes, auxiliary seconds dial. "Bâton" yellow gold hands.
Movement is in excellent condition. Movement is Pateks 1st automatic... Cal. 12'''-600 AT, stamped with the Geneva Quality Hall Mark, rhodium plated,'fausses côtes' decoration, 30 jewels, lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold isochronism and 5 positions, shock-absorber, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring, micrometer regulator, 18K gold rotor.
